Qualifications:
Mitch’s passion for sports started with hockey at the age of 4, propelling him to the junior level. Transitioning from hockey, he pursued a Guinness World Record for the most burpees in an hour, narrowly missing his goal. It was during this rigorous training period that Mitch found Crossfit, igniting a new ambition to one day compete in the Crossfit Games. His dedication and resilience continue to drive him towards achieving new heights in fitness and competition, and he shares this passion with his clients in each of his coaching sessions. Outside of the gym, Mitch loves spending time with his family, hiking, or playing various recreational sports.
